Waking up this morning in my treetop 2 bed, 2 bath condo I had to take a couple lazy minutes to reflect on the past five years I spent living here. For me...Its all about the light bouncing off these 10 foot ceilings. There's something very special about condo living but the sunny shadows and views that come off the Mimico Creek tree tops make this one unique. Our layout is the best, wide rooms and open concept with the perfect flow. This place is only 5ish years old and still feels brand-new. It has been so good to us, and I can't help but think it'd be great for anyone from any age and all walks of life. Being on the first floor, you never have to use the elevator to go for a walk, ride your bike or grab groceries. You have the oversized corner parking space which makes it very convenient. We aren't fancy, but to be honest we have really enjoyed how exclusive and private this suite has been. We are young professionals but really thought long and hard about staying because it's such a wonderful set up for kids, you have the craft room, playground and rooftop pool so close. We've been very active living here because this building has one of the most amazing gyms on the top floor, next to the party room with 360 degree view of the lake and CN tower, not to mention the endless waterfront trails. We walk everywhere! Never need to use a car for my essentials - Starbucks, LCBO, Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, bank. Everything we need is downstairs. TTC and Mimico GO make it so easy to get downtown for work and Jays games. We take for granted having so much outdoor space, we are the only condo we know of with a balcony on either side of the unit. It's been very nice having the concierge, tons of visitor parking and did I mention a golf simulator?! RSA
Potential to add a charging port in parking spot.
